Every feature built around one question: can this claim be checked?
Eternally combines structured scoring, published methodology, and open performance logs into a single workflow — not a collection of disconnected tools.
What the platform actually does
Each capability below maps to a specific step in our published methodology, so you can see where a number comes from rather than taking it on trust.
Structured risk scoring
Assets are evaluated against a fixed set of weighted factors — liquidity depth, contract history, distribution concentration — producing a repeatable score rather than a one-off opinion.
Published methodology
The scoring framework is documented and available for review, so any rating can be traced back to the inputs and weighting that produced it.
Open performance logs
Past calls are recorded in a dated, append-only log. Entries are not edited after the fact, allowing outcomes to be checked against the original rating.
Ongoing re-evaluation
Scores are revisited on a set schedule rather than left static, so a rating reflects current conditions instead of a single snapshot in time.
Threshold-based screening
Assets falling below minimum liquidity or transparency thresholds are flagged before scoring, reducing time spent on entries unlikely to meet baseline criteria.
Structured data delivery
Scores, logs, and source references are presented in a consistent format across the platform, built for comparison rather than isolated snapshots.
From raw data to a published score
Each feature above fits into a single sequence. This is the order in which data moves through the platform.
Intake and screening
Candidate assets are pulled from tracked markets and checked against minimum thresholds for liquidity and contract transparency before any scoring begins.
Factor-based scoring
Assets that pass screening are scored against the full factor set. Weighting is fixed in advance, not adjusted case by case.
Log publication
The resulting score and supporting notes are published to the log with a timestamp. The entry is not retroactively altered.
Scheduled re-scoring
At set intervals, the asset is re-run through the same scoring process. Any change in rating is added as a new, separately dated entry.
Features designed to be checked, not just used
A scoring tool is only useful if its output can be verified after the fact. That's why every feature on Eternally — from screening thresholds to the published log — is built to leave a visible trail rather than a single final number.
This means slower releases of new features and a deliberate avoidance of "black box" scoring. If a factor can't be explained in the methodology, it doesn't go into the model.
Terms used across the platform
- Risk Score
- A numeric output from the 12-factor model, recalculated on a set schedule rather than fixed at first publication.
- Log Entry
- A dated, append-only record pairing a rating with the data available at the time it was produced.
- Screening Threshold
- A minimum liquidity or transparency bar an asset must clear before it is eligible for full scoring.
- Re-evaluation Cycle
- The scheduled interval at which an existing score is re-run against current data.
- Source Reference
- The underlying data point or market feed cited alongside a factor score in the published log.
- Methodology Document
- The public description of scoring weights and criteria that any rating on the platform can be traced back to.
